Not yo gramma's step class! This fun, dynamic step class will have you groovin' around the step. A carefully curated playlist, energetic calls, and the positive community vibe will get you through the sweat with a smile.

Join us for our fundamentals boxing class that focuses on conditioning and technique. Perferct for all levels, come ready to learn, move and let it all out.

Prepare to relax, unwind and generate some heat in this all levels class. Mats and props are supplied - all you need to bring is yourself!

Get a taste of GID training at Bars & Bells! Here we explore functional training with kettlebells, calesthenics, bar work and more. All levels welcome - bring a friend and try us out!

Classes are small enough that the coaches can focus on each person's abilities. They may offer a modification to one person and an extra challenge to the next. Linden and Devy know ME and always encourage me to give a little more than I think I have. The community is diverse and wonderful! Everyone supports everyone whole-heartedly. This place is truly different. My body has become stronger and more able to do the things my life requires. That is what I would expect from a gym. But what I didn't expect was the community-- the human connection. Getting It Daily is so much more than a gym.
A gym you can call home. I never experienced a sense of community like this before. Great trainers who truly care about you physically and mentally. A crew of members who truly love the community they built for us that greets everyone with open arms!
I enjoy my time with the community that is GID. I always wanted community but with past inner wounds, it felt hard to get out and be "seen" purposefully. Finally just giving myself permission, I started doing 1 class, then another, than many came afterwards. I really have fun and learn more about myself. I learned to trust and push myself to go further than my perceived limits in my exercise journey, especially with having a heart murmur. The crew care about you and is there to help you with any part of your journey, exercise or beyond. They are not there to show you who they are, they are there to show you who you really are.
GID has helped me transform my body in a short time! I’ve only been going for 3 months… When I first walked in I’d never lifted a kettlebell or any weights before in my life. Since that time I’ve surprised myself with what I’ve been able to learn and achieve. I have been able to reach a few of my goals but I’m headed in the right direction to crush them all.
Best experience with a training gym I have had. They are very knowledgeable and helped me be more efficient with my goals. I cut my workout time in half and am getting better results than when I was working out 6 days a week. I don’t think I’ve ever been this strong. The community is also super fun!

Memberships at Getting It Daily vary depending on the individual. Our transformation programs can include group training, individual training, nutrition plans, and more! Once we design the perfect program based on your goals and timeframe, we will go over the price.

Absolutely not! The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now.
We got you. We understand getting started is the hardest part. We’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us. No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, that’s it. If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2. No pressure, we’re coaches, and we’re here to help.
